After a three-hour interval without urination, P will send you a gentle reminder to hydrate. Rest assured, you won't be disturbed while sleeping.

With P, there are ten effortless ways to log each pee:

<li>Long-press the "Log Pee" button in the app to log a pee that occurred within the past hour</li>
<li>Benefit from hand wash detection capabilities</li>
<li>Use Shortcuts to log a pee according to your preferences</li>

You can customize your notification preferences by adjusting Quiet Hours within the app to avoid disturbances while sleeping.

Stay motivated by keeping an eye on your standing against other users on the Leaderboard. Maintain a consistent streak!

P supports Dark Mode, allowing you to choose the aesthetic that suits your preference.

P is not solely limited to being a water reminder app; it can also serve as a straightforward pee tracker. Additionally, you have the ability to export your data as a CSV file. Furthermore, the app enables you to add personal notes to each pee entry, allowing you to track urgency, color, volume, or any other relevant information.

Customize the timing of water reminders based on your specific preferences. Choose anywhere from 0 to 5 hours after your last urination. You can also adjust the notification interval from the default 30 minutes.

Select from a variety of alternate icon designs according to your taste.

At your discretion, view the location of each pee entry on a map.

Enhance your user experience by connecting P with Apple Health. This integration allows for seamless importing of hand washing events, ensuring you never forget to log a potential pee instance.

It's essential to note that P does not provide medical advice; it is not intended for diagnostic or treatment purposes. Rather, it purely serves as an engaging tool for maintaining optimal hydration or tracking urination habits. It is advisable to consult a licensed medical professional for specific inquiries regarding kidney stones, BPH and other prostate-related conditions, interstitial cystitis and bladder issues, and strategies for staying well-hydrated to prevent hangovers.

P offers an optional subscription plan for unlocking additional app features. Should you choose to purchase a subscription, payments will be charged directly to your App Store account and automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the current billing cycle's conclusion. - The P Story -

Tired of incessant headaches impacting your productivity, I embarked on a quest to find a solution. Upon careful consideration, I hypothesized that my water consumption habits played a crucial role.

While aware of existing apps that remind users to drink water based on intake volume, I found the concept somewhat impractical. How could I accurately track my water intake without a specialized measuring cup? What about situations like running, when my hydration needs surpassed typical scenarios?

An alternative idea emerged: if I recorded bathroom visits, I could leverage that data to receive reminders when long intervals between urinations occurred.

Despite my limited experience in developing iPhone apps, I took the leap and created a prototype. After soliciting feedback from testers, it was abundantly clear that they were enamored with the concept. In 2016, I released the app worldwide and have since dedicated myself to incessant improvements. Many users have proudly logged their pees without a single missed day over the span of several years.
